Pricing · one time
One payment, set by your AWS bill.
No subscription, no seats, and never a cut of what you save. You pay once for the report on one account, priced off what that account actually bills.
What it costs
- Under $2,000/month$49
- $2,000 - $10,000/month$99
- Over $10,000/month$149
The band comes from your last full month of spend in Cost Explorer - your real bill, not a number you type in. Every scan reads it again, so the price always matches the bill you have now.
Before you pay
- 1Connect your account read-only. One CloudFormation button - no keys to paste, no agent to install.
- 2The scan reads your bill and your resources. It adds about $0.10 to your own AWS bill.
- 3You see what it found - the total per month, how many findings, and your price.
- 4Then you decide. Nothing is charged until you say so.
There is no free tier and no sample finding. What you get for free is the one number that tells you whether the report is worth buying - the total per month sitting in your account, and how many findings make it up.
What paying unlocks
- Every finding in full - the resource, what it costs you per month, the evidence behind the number, and what changing it costs you.
- Re-scans of that account free for 30 days. Checking whether a fix actually worked should not cost extra.
- The report stays readable. You bought a document, not a rental.
What it can do to your account
Nothing. Only Get, Describe, and List calls - no wildcards, no write actions. AWSCost reports what it finds and has no way to change, delete, or move anything. You can read the exact permissions in the template before you deploy it, and delete the role whenever you want.
If we cannot measure your bill
No Cost Explorer means no measured bill to price against, so you see the total found, no price, and nothing to pay. Cost Explorer switches on once from the AWS console - there is no API for it - and a re-scan after that gets you a quote.
Refunds
Not useful? Email within 14 days and I refund it. No questions.
Want it done for you instead? I read the account by hand - $1,000 flat, or 20% of the savings verified against your bill at 90 days. How the deep-dive works.
The role can only read - Get, Describe, List, nothing else. Read the exact permissions before you deploy it, and delete the stack whenever you want.
